To correct inaccuracies in your Personal Information, limit purpose of use and disclosure, delete your Personal Information or for any other requests or questions, please complete Green Plains’ Data Subject Access Request Form and contact us as directed in the “Contact Us” section below. Once we have verified your identity, we will complete the request from you or an authorized agent you have designated.

We may not accommodate a request to change or delete information if we believe such action would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be inaccurate.

Green Plains will not discriminate against any individual for exercising his or her privacy rights outlined herein. This includes, but is not limited to, denying goods or services, changes in pricing or lower quality goods or services.

Offers from the Company. This opt out does not apply to information provided to Green Plains as a result of a product purchase, warranty registration, product service experience or other transactions.

However these third parties may provide you with ways to choose not to have your information collected or used in this way. Children Under the Age of 13

Jobs at Green Plains

When you choose to submit a résumé to the careers section of the Website and apply to become part of the Green Plains team, please note that you will be transferred to a third-party URL (https://rew22.ultipro.com/GRE1021) and these pages will be branded as Green Plains. The Personal Information you provide via the URL will be used solely for the purposes for which it is provided (including the processing of your employment application) and retained for such period as is necessary to comply with Green Plains’ legal and administrative obligations and requirements.
